The problem

A construction company managed its equipment rentals with pen, paper and Excel sheets. That made client pre-billing slow and real inventory control difficult.

What I built

I designed and developed an end-to-end rental management platform, deployed to production on the company's on-premise server (private access within their network).

• Tracking of 200+ assets with real-time inventory.
• Client billing and automated pre-billing.
• Admin dashboard for daily operations.

Outcome

It fully replaced the manual process, sped up pre-billing and improved inventory control. Stack: Next.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL.
